MAKING A RETURN

Unused and Unworn erchandise can be returned for a full refund within 4 days of the ship date. Sale items, and panties (for hygienic purposes) are not eligible for return.

 

Follow these steps to make a return:

• Send an email to lingerieng@gmail.com stating your Name, Item you wish to return, cost of the item, Sale item or otherwise, Reason for the return, What you would like in exchange for the return (a replacement of the same item, a replacement with a different item, LingerieNg Credit or bank transfer)
• Attach a copy of the email you wrote to us, the securely packed and sealed package and drop it off at the location we provide.
• Your refund will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt. Should you wish to use an alternate shipping method for the return we recommend using a trackable insured method. 

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

LingerieNg delivers to addresses in Nigeria only. At this time we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

You have the following delivery options (all subject to change):

Courier Ground Delivery: N1500 per order

Courier 2-Day Delivery: N2500

Courier Overnight: N3500

 

Using Car ride-sharing apps shipping option is also available: simply inform us of where you will be stationed so that you can pay the driver upon delivery: in CASH.

 

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and exceptions are made on Saturdays.

All packages are shipped via Couriers. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods must be received and clear any fraud screening by 1PM to ship the same day. Orders received after 1PM will ship the following business day. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

 

Change Of Shipping Address

Once your order is placed we are unable to change the shipping address. When submitting your order you may select the address where you would like the order to be delivered.
